Echo™ Dose-Response Application

The Labcyte® Echo Dose-Response software automates the tedious process of diluting active compounds for creating IC50 dose-response curves. This software works seamlessly with both the Echo 550 and Echo 555 liquid handlers to pick up nanoliter volumes of compound from the source plate, and then prepare and transfer multiple dilutions to the assay plates.
This new software enables the user to define the layout of the source and destination plates, specify the number of points in the dose response curve, and transfer various concentrations and volumes of compounds to the destination plates. The software runs the liquid transfer as well as the DMSO back-fill, and generates a report of the survey and transfer results.
