IncuCyte™ EX

IncuCyteEX was developed in order to provide imaging capability to automated cell culture systems. The system potentially integrates into any automated live-cell imaging system via a programmable Command Language Interface. This interface allows for automatic loading, scanning, unloading and data retrieval from a robotic scheduling computer. The IncuCyteEX shares the same Graphical User Interface with the IncuCyte Plus and IncuCyteFLR systems and allows users to view phase-contrast images, movies and kinetic growth curves via any computer with local network access. The system also adopts the same footprint as the other IncuCyte™ imagers and is factory configurable for different vessel configurations.

- Configurable for multiple cell culture systems
- Command Language Interface for remote operation
- Non-invasive, no lifting required
- Phase contrast only, HD compatible
System Integration

Essen engineers have worked together with several manufacturers of large-scale automated cell culture systems to integrate the IncuCyteEX. Adding imaging capability to these systems adds a level of quality control and efficiency previously unattainable. IncuCyteEX provides users on-line access to images and growth curves, as well as the capability to implement cell harvesting and splitting criteria based on image metrics such as confluence. Adding HD Imaging also enables QC in tougher imaging scenarios such as Triple-flask and 384 well plates.
