Our "based on flow cytometry, built for screening" philosophy is the foundation for IntelliCyt's product line which includes instrumentation, software, informatics, and reagents and provides the capacity, reliability, and ease of use required for your most demanding research. Three instruments are offered with the IntelliCyt high throughput flow technology:

  • iQue Screener – a High Throughput Flow (HTF) system with single tube, 96-, and 384-well plate capabilities. The system has 2-lasers (blue and red) and 6 parameter readout simultaneously.
  • iQue Screener HD – a High Throughput Flow (HTF) system with single tube, 384-, and 1536-well plate capabilities. The system has 2-lasers (blue and red) and 6 parameter readout simultaneously.
  • iQue Screener PLUS – a High Throughput Flow (HTF) system with single tube, 96-, and 384-well plate capabilities. The system has 3-lasers (violet, blue and red) and up to 15 parameter readout simultaneously.
  • IntelliCyt Data Manager iDM® provides seamless data management for the large, microplate-based data sets produced in screening experiments. Designed specifically for IntelliCyt’s instrument systems, iDM will create an environment for data sharing and collaboration within your organization.
  • MultiCyt™ Reagents and Screening Assay Kits are validated for 96- or 384-well applications on IntelliCyt’s screening systems to create a complete solution so you will be able to transfer assays from other platforms and start achieving better results faster.

IntelliCyt Corporation's high throughput flow technology is the first to enable screening suspension cells, beads, microbes and mixtures. IntelliCyt's instrument, reagent and software solutions have been adopted by pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies as well as research institutes for applications in phenotypic screening, antibody discovery and in vitro toxicity testing.

Our patented technology extends the capabilities of flow cytometry by increasing sample throughput far beyond current commercial offerings. Our unique sampling method transfers assay components in solution (including cells, beads, yeast and bacteria) to the flow cytometer detector in a continuous, air gap delimited stream. This novel method dramatically reduces the time required to analyze a microplate and the amount of sample required for analysis by eliminating the dead volume inherent in typical flow cytometry sampling and the associated single well data file storage. For example, a 96-well plate can be processed in as little as 3 minutes using 1- 2 µl per well. A 384-well plate is processed in as little as 12 minutes; 1536-wells in 60 minutes.
