NanoPro Immunoassay
NanoPro Immunoassay System
NanoPro™ systems enable detailed characterization of proteins in extremely small and precious samples. Unlike traditional protein analysis techniques which require thousands to millions of cells, NanoPro assays require as few as 25 cells per assay. For the first time, signal transduction proteins can be studies and quantified in limited cell population, including:

Compass™ software translates data into easily understandable, quantitative analysis and scientific interpretation.
- Primary cells
- Isolated stem cell populations
- Fine needle tumor aspirates
- Micro-biopsies
NanoPro 1000 System
- NanoPro 1000 – Powerful, fully automated platform. Each automated run on the NanoPro 1000 analyzes up to 96 samples.
Compass™ software translates data into easily understandable, quantitative analysis and scientific interpretation.
- Isoform percent totals for each protein are automatically calculated
- Data can be viewed in three formats: graph, virtual gel-like image or digital capillary photo
- IEF separations are recorded—videos can be viewed at any time
- Results tables and data views can be easily copied into reports and presentations
NanoPro Applications
The NanoPro 1000 addresses a critical need among researchers of cancer, diabetes, and many other diseases by providing a unique window into cell signaling processes within tiny biological samples. While traditional analytical techniques such as Western Blots and mass spectrometry can consume 100,000 or more cells per measurement, NanoPro 1000 assays can be run with as few as 25 cells. This capability enables protein analysis in many sample types previously considered much too small for protein analysis.
