It is with sincere regret that we have to inform you that Bucher Biotec AG, due to severe and ongoing financial difficulties, has been forced to cease business operations and initiate the necessary legal insolvency proceedings.
This has been an extremely difficult decision. We made substantial efforts to maintain the business, meet our obligations, and continue our relationships with customers, suppliers and partners in a responsible manner. Unfortunately, the economic realities we have faced over an extended period made it impossible to continue operations on a sustainable base.
The challenging conditions in the life science market have significantly contributed to this situation. Lower levels of investment, delayed customer decisions, and sustained market pressure have had a serious impact on our company and ultimately led to this outcome.
We deeply regret the consequences this may have for you and your organization. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your support, and cooperation throughout our relationship over the last more than 48 years.
Any outstanding claims will need to be handled via the responsible legal institution.
